Birth doula support · Orange County
You don’t have to know exactly how birth will go to feel prepared.
We’ll talk through what matters to you, what you are wondering about, and how I can support you through labor and birth. You may want an epidural, hope to labor without medication, or still be deciding. Your plan can change; my support stays focused on you.

Support before, during, and after birth
We build familiarity before labor so you and your partner know who is coming, what support is available, and how to reach me when labor begins.
Preparation
Use prenatal sessions to discuss your questions, comfort measures, and choices before labor begins.
Labor support
I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support through labor and birth.
After birth
Every birth package includes postpartum check-ins; some add daytime or overnight newborn care at home.
Your partner is part of the support team.
I don’t take your partner’s place. I help them feel more prepared to participate when neither of you has done this before.
Birth setting
I support hospital, home, and birth-center plans, and respect your choices in each setting.
Medication choices
I support your choice of an epidural, unmedicated birth, or a plan that changes without judgment.
Changing plans
If plans shift to an epidural, a new setting, or a C-section, I stay present and help you understand what is happening within my non-clinical role.
VBAC and higher-risk care
We can discuss how non-clinical doula support fits alongside care from your chosen medical team.

When birth took an unexpected turn
Bree’s family shares what continuous support meant during a long labor and an emergency C-section.
Our birth was a wild journey to say the least — 48 hours of changes that ended in an emergency c section due to complications out of our control. Every single minute of our labor, Teesee was there holding our family together, making sure I was tended to, and communicating my wishes / demands to the hospital staff. She kept me calm and my husband focused.
