Birth doula packages
Each package begins with preparation and includes continuous support through labor and birth.
Essential Doula Package
Preparation, birth support, and postpartum check-ins.
- Two prenatal planning sessions and two check-ins
- Continuous labor and birth support, with on-call texts and calls
- Two postpartum check-ins and a postpartum product guide
Premium Doula Package
Birth support with more hands-on care after your baby arrives.
- Two prenatal planning sessions and two check-ins
- Continuous labor and birth support
- Three postpartum check-ins and two complimentary 4-hour daytime shifts
Deluxe Birth & Postpartum
Birth support and a larger block of newborn care at home.
- Prenatal planning, check-ins, and continuous labor and birth support
- One postpartum check-in and eight 8-hour daytime or overnight shifts
- Newborn care and practical support at home
Postpartum care on its own
Postpartum care is available on its own at $70 per hour, with an eight-session minimum. Plan daytime hours, overnight hours, or a mix that adds up to the total support you want.
Flexible postpartum care
Choose daytime support, overnight care, or a mix of both.
